PUMPKIN LATTE




½ cup milk
 ½ cup strong coffee
2 tablespoons pumpkin purée
2 tablespoons sugar (more to sweeten)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
Whipped cream for topping. 



Add pumpkin purée, milk, and sugar to a small pot over medium heat and whisk quickly for about 5 minutes.
Add in spices and vanilla, and continue to whisk.
Pour in a large mug, add hot coffee, top with whipped cream.
